The Charity Bond program was a great experience for our staff, members, and volunteers. They found it to be an incredibly valuable, safe space where women could learn and grow together. The high-quality resources and links provided throughout the training were exceptional, making this one of the best learning experiences we’ve ever had. The concept of ‘unlearning’ was particularly impactful, challenging our perspectives in a powerful way. We are grateful to the Charity Bond for bringing this transformative approach to our organisation.

Attending the Bond as an organisation was a highly valuable experience. The content and the learning experience is rich and the learnings are tangible. The bonding experience between colleagues, teams, departments and our partner organisations was profound. We're still meeting regularly to talk about our learnings and ourown confidence journeys. I've been truly inspired by the demand for the Bond and the impact Bond 7 has had on our women and wider teams. UPFRONT's work is clearly addressing the suppression of women's confidence that's present in every sector and the Charity sector is no different. To be the change we need, we must equip all of our women to grow, develop and challenge the status quo and the Bond is a brilliant way to do this. Investing in the Charity Bond is a great opportunity for women staff and volunteers, it tells them that their voice really does matter and that they have a supportive community who are right there with them.
