Join the UPFRONT Advisory Council
Role: 1 day a week for 6 - 12 months with the intention to extend to a permanent position (You must be available Wednesday 12-1 UK time)
Hours: We can be flexible to ensure the hours work with any caring responsibilities
Fee: £200 per day
Based: Remote *must be based in a European time zone*

We’re looking for brilliant, well-networked people to join our informal Advisory Board - we’re calling it our UPFRONT Advisory Council - a small but impactful group of individuals who are committed to shaping the future of our organisation and advancing our mission.
About UPFRONT
UPFRONT is an organisation on a mission to change confidence, visibility and power for 10 million women. We do this in three ways - courses (we call these Bonds), our annual conference UPFRONT and Centre, and content (keynotes, social media and our weekly newsletters)
Our Bonds have welcomed thousands of women from over 50 countries with clients like Just Eat Takeaway, Pleo, Onfido, NHS, Nike, Ofgem and Sainsburys. Bond 7 supported over 2000 thousand women from 20 different time zones.
We're looking for a dynamic, organised, and confident facilitator to support our growing community. This is a one-day-per-week freelance role, perfect for someone with strong admin, facilitation, and public speaking skills who thrives in a people-facing role.
What We Need Your Help With:
- Strategic Growth: Helping us refine and implement strategies to expand our reach, ensuring we meet our goal of reaching millions of women globally.
- Network & Partnerships: Leveraging your network to facilitate valuable introductions to potential collaborators, investors, and partners.
- Product Development: Advising on product direction and how we can evolve our offerings to better upskills the women we serve.
- Marketing & Brand Positioning: Offering insights into how we can raise our visibility and increase brand recognition.
- Operational Scaling: Providing input on systems, tools, and frameworks that will help us scale our impact effectively.

What's the commitment?
- We’ll meet once a quarter, virtually or in person, to discuss strategy, progress, and upcoming initiatives.
- You’ll be providing advice and support on an ad-hoc basis as needed throughout the year.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Facilitating Client Onboarding Calls – Deliver engaging, structured onboarding sessions for new clients to set them up for success.
- Podcast Outreach – Researching and reaching out to potential podcasts for our founder to appear on.
- Hosting Community Networking Sessions – Leading a weekly one-hour networking session for our community, creating a welcoming and impactful experience.
- Admin Support – Ensuring follow-ups, scheduling, and key details are handled smoothly and supporting our Community Engagement Lead with admin.
What we're looking for
- Confident Facilitator & Speaker: You’re comfortable leading online sessions and keeping people engaged.
- Organised & Detail-Oriented: Your attention to detail is immaculate. And you make sure things run smoothly and follow through on tasks.
- Great Communicator: Whether it’s reaching out to podcast hosts or welcoming new members, you know how to build relationships.
- Proactive & Self-Sufficient: You take initiative and make things happen.

Our next review will take place between March and September 2026, following the current cohort who begin in September 2025.
